+Can I stay on the free plan forever?
Yes. The free plan is designed for a teacher trying QuestBoard with a single class, 5 generations a month, forever. If that's all you need, you'll never see a charge.
+What happens after the beta ends in December 2026?
Everyone on QuestBoard during beta stays free through December 2026, no matter how much you generate. On January 1, 2027 you'll pick a plan, Free stays free (5/month), and Pro becomes $8.99/mo or $79/yr. We'll email you well in advance and never auto-charge without a card on file.
+What is Coach Check and does it cost extra?
Coach Check is the little đ§ button students see under their work page. Tap it and they get one short, warm hint: a strength, a next step, and a sentence starter, drawn from the standard and the activity's own frames. It never writes the answer, it never stores student work, and each student gets three checks per activity. Coach Check is included in Pro at no extra charge, and it's free for everyone during beta through December 2026. Teachers can turn it off per board.
+Do you offer POs or invoicing for schools?
Yes. For site licenses of 5+ teachers we accept POs, invoicing, and district billing on annual terms. Email hello@questboardhub.com with your school and rough teacher count and we'll send a quote the same week.
